Shipping policy

All in stock, non-custom product should ship within 1-3 business days - note we are not open on weekends and all orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be worked on/shipped until Monday at the earliest. Holidays may add additional time for processing/shipment. Due to high volume, anything requiring engraving or printing (i.e. banners, MVPs, Cups, etc.) may take up to 5-7 days to complete and ship.

Global Awards utilizes FedEx for all shipping and all packages must be sent to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes. Any shipping dates listed by FedEx are estimated shipping time once FedEx has possession of the shipment. The only guaranteed service from FedEx are Overnight services and we cannot control any delays/variance from FedEx's estimated shipping time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
